Tips for Selecting the Right Size
Waistband Fit: Initially, the waistband will seem smaller when putting on the jockstrap. It should sit comfortably on your waist, snug enough to stay in place but not too tight.
Recommendation: Do not size up or down. Stay true to your actual waist size.
Pouch: The standard sizing is a "Medium Pouch" and is made to be one size fits all.
